To our customers,
Due to an insufficient amount of Thiamine, (Vitamin B1), WellPet has voluntarily recalled the above cat canned food. We have also removed them from our shelves. If you have purchased this food recently, please check the dates and return them to us for a full refund or exchange.

Frequent Buyer Cards
Recently, some food companies have made significant changes to their club card rules and procedures:
1. Solid Gold:
It is now required that your card be kept in our store. On your next visit please bring in your card for us to maintain here.
Different Solid Gold diets of the same package size can be on the same card. However, if different package sizes are on the card, the free bag will be the smaller size of those purchased.
2. Natura (California Natural, Innova, Evo)
New Envelopes are available now. Please bring in your current card/envelopes for conversion to the new program.
Only 10 bags (formerly 12) are now required to qualify for your free bag.
Qualify purchases must be completed within 18 months.
"Proof of Purchase" UPC code from each purchased bag must be in the envelope to qualify for the free bag.
Different Natura diets of the same package size can be on the same card. However, if different package sizes are on the card, the free bag will be the smaller size of those purchased.
Completed envelope with 10 proofs of purchase is mailed to Natura by the customer. Natura will send the customer a free-bag voucher redeemable at our store.
